Ways to Serve

Community Food Bank

What is It? We hold a monthly food bank for our small community and surrounding areas. Together we help those who are in need of food, while spreading smiles and God's love.

How can I help? Maybe you just want to be a helping hand, or maybe you would like to take on a bigger role?

Sunday School

What is It? Most every Sunday at 9:30 we provide Sunday School for all ages, young and old. We want to provide an environment where everyone can share the Joy of learning about Christ.

How can I help? Watch babies and young children, help teach youth or adults, or help with set up and clean up.

Nursery and Child Care

What is It? We provide child care for various age groups during our services. We have a nursery for babies, a child care space for toddlers, another space just for preschool aged kiddos, and also kids church for children in 1st - 6th grade. We also provide childcare during bible studies and other events.

How can I help? Help take care of the young children that attend our church, during service, and/or other events. Work in the nursery, with toddlers, with preschool aged kiddos, or even in the children's church.

Kidz Rock Helpers

What is It? Through out the year we have Kidz Rock on Sunday evenings from 6pm-7:30. Children in 1st -6th grade get to participate in fun activities, eat snacks and learn about the bible.

Help with our Compassion Ministries

What is It? At Crow Applegate, we take all opportunities to be the hands and feet of Jesus, bringing blessings to others. If a church member is sick, we may work together to bring them food and comfort. We make sure to show compassion with a smile at the front door every Sunday, and we serve the community by bringing laughter, food, and fun with various events.

How can I help? There are many ways to become the hands and feet of Jesus at Crow Church, here are some various examples:

Help with meal trains
Serve on a home visitation team
Serve as a door greeter
Become a team facilitator for social events and potlucks

Become an Usher

What is It?The heart of an usher is the heart of a servant, and he does his work for his Lord Jesus (Colossians 3:24). Ushers help with church offerings and maintain order and security of services.

How can I help? Talk to us about becoming an Usher in our church.

Maintenance

What is It? Our church is located on top of a beautiful green hill with trees and plants galore. Our little church was remodeled in 2012, but it still needs a little touch of maintenance here and there.

How can I help? Help with yard maintenance, general maintenance or special projects.
